During a  personal spiritual battle, I had this canvas on hand. It survived the jealousy of many evil eyes. I inscribed on the back
"I do: forgive myself. Forgive self. "
" I am not sorry for being myself," 
" I ask to start again in another lifetime this test of pride and sloth Anasi: I apologize. "
I work with my ancestors and Anasi gave me an important lesson: do not tell your dreams to your biggest and closest haters. 
I call it Destiny Swapped due to how I had multiple people who I loved betrayed me by praying on my downfall. Including a best friend sadly as I grew happier: she grew sadder. If I was unhappy, she was happy. 
The painting shows my internal battle between two selves who I envision as best friends who, despite being "close," could never handle the destiny of the other. 
The textures and journey for this piece to exist only living in my shoes would you be able to understand. 
But you cannot: I refuse to be another destiny swapped.
